The AirCozi™ Travel Pillow is a personal inflatable comfort accessory for lap infants and toddlers. Airline policies on accessories like this vary from carrier to carrier (and they can change over time) so we contact airlines directly to understand their current position, and we share what they've told us below.

Whether the pillow can be used on any given flight is always at the discretion of the cabin crew on the day. Please confirm your airline's current policy before you travel, and always follow crew instructions in flight.

How to use it in flight:
- Stow it for taxi, take-off and landing. The pillow must be deflated and securely stowed — in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front — during pushback, taxiing, take-off, landing, any emergency, or whenever cabin crew instruct you to.
- Keep the seatbelt fastened. Your child's seatbelt must remain fastened at all times. You can ask cabin crew for an infant loop/extender belt if you need one.
- Choose the right seat. For your child's safety and other passengers' comfort, the pillow is best used for infants in a window or middle seat rather than the aisle. Toddlers using it upright as a backrest have no seat restrictions.
