Are AirCozi products safe for babies and toddlers?
Yes — our products are made from safe materials, free from phthalates/BPA, and designed for direct contact with babies and toddlers. Find more details about certifications on each product page.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Tasmania, Australia.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, Mexico, Indonesia, Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Iceland, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, then delivered per region. Find more details on our Shipping policy page.
What if my flight is soon?
In Australia, choose Express at checkout — orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive in a further 1–4 business days, depending on your state. For international orders, we don't currently offer expedited shipping, so we'd recommend ordering as early as possible.
AirCozi® Travel Pillow
From what age can I use AirCozi® Travel Pillow?
From newborn through young child. Full inflation across your lap suits newborns to 6 months, 60–80% wrapped around your waist works for feeding toddlers 6–24 months, and 80–90% as a backrest supports young children from 2 years once they have their own seat.
Which airlines have parents successfully used AirCozi® Travel Pillow on?
Based on what airline customer service teams have told us and what parents have experienced on board, AirCozi® Travel Pillow has been used on 50+ airlines — including Air Canada, Delta, United, Virgin Australia, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines and Southwest. A few others, including American Airlines, British Airways, Japan Airlines and Turkish Airlines, leave it to cabin crew discretion on the day. This isn't a formal airline approval, and crew discretion always applies on the day of travel — see our full, regularly updated list on our airlines information page.
Can I use it in the aisle seat?
For lap infants, we recommend a window or middle seat rather than the aisle. Toddlers using it upright as a backrest can sit anywhere, aisle included. Full details on our Airlines Information page.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it clean with a wet wipe or damp cloth and let it air dry. Don't wash.
AirCozi® Travel Headband
What age is the AirCozi® Travel Headband suitable for?
Ages 3 and up, with an adjustable fit that grows from kids through teens.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 12 hours of continuous playback on a full charge.
Can I wash it?
Yes — the speakers are removable, so the headband itself can be machine washed.
What if I don't have a Bluetooth device, or want to connect to an in-flight screen?
No problem — an AUX cable add-on is available at checkout, so you can plug straight into in-flight entertainment or any device without Bluetooth.
