Usage

Are AirCozi® Travel Pillow materials safe for babies and toddlers? 

We take product safety seriously. The finished AirCozi® Travel Pillow has undergone independent third-party screening against the European REACH SVHC candidate list, covering 253 substances of very high concern.

The tested product passed the screening requirements, with no substances detected above the applicable threshold. As with any children's product, AirCozi® Travel Pillow should always be used under adult supervision and according to the provided instructions. 

From what age can I use AirCozi® Travel Pillow?

From newborn through young child. Full inflation across your lap suits newborns to 6 months, 60–80% wrapped around your waist works for feeding toddlers 6–24 months, and 80–90% as a backrest supports young children from 2 years once they have their own seat.

Can I use it for breastfeeding on the plane?

Yes - inflate to 60–80%, wrap it around your waist, and thread your seatbelt through it for hands-free support while you breastfeed or bottle-feed in your seat.

Can I use it outside the plane (train, bus, car, at home)?

Yes for trains, buses, and at home - it's a comfortable, portable support wherever you need it. For cars, it's fine for comfort once you're seated and the vehicle is stationary, but it isn't a substitute for a properly fitted, approved child car seat or restraint while driving.

Which airlines have parents successfully used AirCozi® Travel Pillow on?

Based on what airline customer service teams have told us and what parents have experienced on board, AirCozi® Travel Pillow has been used on 50+ airlines — including Air Canada, Delta, United, Virgin Australia, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines and Southwest. A few others, including American Airlines, British Airways, Japan Airlines and Turkish Airlines, leave it to cabin crew discretion on the day. This isn't a formal airline approval, and crew discretion always applies on the day of travel — see our full, regularly updated list on our airlines information page.

Can I use it in the aisle seat?

For lap infants, we recommend a window or middle seat rather than the aisle. Toddlers using it upright as a backrest can sit anywhere, aisle included. Full details on our Airlines Information page.

Can I use it with the infant seatbelt?

Yes — and you should. Both infants and toddlers must keep their seatbelt fastened at all times. If you don't have an infant loop or extender belt, ask your cabin crew for one.

How long will delivery take?

Australia: 6–8 business days standard, 2–4 business days express. New Zealand: 9–12 business days. North America: 10–14 business days. Europe: 10–17 business days. Asia: 9–12 business days. All timeframes start from the date your order ships.

What if my flight is soon?

In Australia, choose Express at checkout for delivery in 2–4 business days. For international orders, we don't currently offer expedited shipping, so we'd recommend ordering as early as possible — delivery can take up to 17 business days depending on your region.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it clean with a wet wipe or damp cloth and let it air dry. Don't wash.

What if it gets damaged in transit?

This is rare — our packaging is designed to protect against the most common transit damage. If it does happen, reach out and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
