Shipping & Import Duties Policy

All AirCozi® orders are shipped from Tasmania, Australia, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.

We currently ship to 18 destinations: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Mexico, Indonesia, Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Iceland, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival, charged separately by your country's customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.

Additional shipping information:

  • Need to change your delivery address? Contact us before your order ships — once it's shipped, address changes must go through Australia Post directly, and we can't guarantee delivery if changed that way.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected, we charge a flat redelivery fee — $10 within Australia, $20 for other countries — to cover reshipping. Uncollected items aren't refunded.
  • Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. If your order is lost, delayed, or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll work with the courier to track it down or resolve it.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
