Shipping & Import Duties Policy

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.

*Please allow extra time during public holidays and large sale periods.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:

AirCozi ships worldwide, including the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia, Finland, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Malta, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, UAE, UK, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

AUSTRALIA

We charge a flat fee of 10 AUD for domestic orders. We offer FREE shipping around Australia with all orders over 80 AUD. We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 6-8 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

NEW ZEALAND

We charge a flat fee of 16 AUD (equivalent of 19NZD) for orders to New Zealand. We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 9-12 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

USA AND CANADA

We charge a flat fee of 20 AUD (equivalent of 13USD or 19CAD) for orders to USA and Canada. We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 10-14 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

EUROPE

We charge a flat fee of 20 AUD (equivalent of 13EUR) for orders to Europe. We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time varies from country to country but in general is 10-17 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Standard Shipping lead time to the UK is 9-12 business days.

ASIA

We charge a flat fee of 20 AUD for orders to Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and South Korea. We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 9-12 business days from the date your order has been shipped.


AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS SHIPPING: 

We charge a flat fee of 15 AUD for all domestic express orders under 80 AUD. We offer Free express shipping for all orders over 120 AUD. We use Australia Express Post service, which provides you with a unique code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.


ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

- If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post, AirCozi will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with AirCozi via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. - Our Return-to-Sender Policy entails that if a customer fails to collect an item and it is returned, a $10 flat rate is charged for redelivery within Australia, or a $20 flat rate for redelivery from other countries. This fee covers the cost of reshipping the package. It's important to note that under this policy, no refunds are issued for uncollected items.

- AirCozi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

- The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

 

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

For International Orders (Outside Australia)

  • Import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, HST), and customs clearance fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • AirCozi does not collect or remit international taxes or duties at checkout. Any such fees must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery.
  • If you refuse to pay import fees and the package is returned to us, a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.

Canada & USA

  • Canada: Orders over CAD 20 may incur GST/HST and customs duties, payable upon delivery.
  • USA: Orders under USD 800 are typically duty-free; however, state sales tax may apply depending on your location.

United Kingdom & European Union

  • The UK and EU impose VAT and customs duties on imported goods. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested before delivery.

Other Countries

Import fees vary by country. Customers should check with their local customs authority for details on potential charges before placing an order.
