Review It. Win It Back: Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Review It. Win It Back. promotion. By entering, you accept them. Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these terms.
1. Promoter
The promoter is AirCozi Pty Ltd. Contact: hello@aircozi.com.au
2. Promotion period
The promotion runs from 12:00am AEDT on 1 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2027. It is made up of six monthly entry periods, each running from 12:00am on the first day to 11:59pm on the last day of the calendar month (AEDT).
3. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who have purchased an AirCozi product from aircozi.com.au
Employees and contractors of the promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
4. How to enter
To enter, submit a review of an AirCozi product you have purchased, using the review form on aircozi.com.au, during an entry period. The purchase may have been made before or during the promotion period.
- A review without a photo earns one entry.
- A review that includes a photo of the product earns two entries.
- One review is accepted per product, per order.
Entries are only valid for the entry period in which the review is submitted and do not carry over to later draws.
5. All reviews count
Every eligible review is entered into the draw, whatever its rating or opinion. Positive and negative reviews have exactly the same chance of winning. The promoter does not remove or withhold a review because it is negative.
The promoter may exclude a review that is not genuine, is not about the entrant's own experience of the product, contains offensive or unlawful content, or breaches these terms.
6. Draws
Three winning entries are drawn by random electronic selection at 10:00am AEDT at the promoter's address above, on these dates:

Each person can win a maximum of one prize per draw.
7. Prizes
Each prize is a refund of the amount paid for the order the winning review relates to, up to a maximum of AUD 150 per prize. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the winner claiming the prize.
There are three prizes per draw and 18 prizes in total. The total prize pool is up to AUD 2,700.
Orders that have already been refunded or returned are not eligible for a prize. Prizes are not transferable.
8. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email within two business days of the draw and must reply to claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
The first name and state of each winner, and their review (with or without photo) will be published in the promoter's email newsletter and on aircozi.com.au within 14 days of the draw.
9. Unclaimed prizes
If a prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, or a winner is found to be ineligible, a redraw will take place at 10:00am (AEDT, or AEST from April 2027) at the promoter's address, three business days after the claim deadline. Redraw winners will be notified by email within two business days of the redraw and have 14 days to claim.
10. Your review and photo
By submitting a review, you grant the promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish your review, first name and photo on aircozi.com.au, in emails and on social media.
You confirm that the photo is your own, and that anyone shown in it has agreed to it being published. If a child appears in the photo, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian.
11. Privacy
The promoter collects entrants' personal information to run this promotion, including contacting and publishing the details of winners. It is handled in line with the promoter's privacy policy at https://aircozi.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. Entering does not sign you up to marketing emails.
12. General
The promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fake reviews, or uses multiple accounts to gain extra entries.
If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the promoter's control, the promoter may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the promotion or use of a prize, except for loss caused by the promoter's negligence.
The promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
